Explosive crimping contract processing
It is explosive welding with solid-phase bonding, which has no material degradation due to temperature rise at the interface! Introduction to contract processing.
At Sanwa Shokai Co., Ltd., we offer "explosive bonding contract processing." This technology has been in practical use in the United States since around 1965. During detonation, the instantaneous explosive force generates a metal jet that cleans the bonding interface. The joining material then collides with the base material at high speed, and due to the high pressure that reaches hundreds of thousands of times the compressive strength of the bonding material, metal flow and intermolecular attraction occur, resulting in bonding. It is a solid-state bonding process, so there is no material degradation due to temperature rise at the interface. 【Manufacturing Capacity】 ■ Maximum Area: 16m² per cycle (2×8m or 4×4m) ■ Joining Materials: Copper, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Titanium *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
